An enchanting bug

Hello, today i was playing minecraft w mine homies, and after when i played.... I ENCHANTED STUFF THAT U CANT bruh, i think this is a big bug cuz u cant enchant for ex, tnt as i did ( version is 1.12.2, thats version that i used, im not sure if you can do in new verisonds!!!!!) btw i played on mine server where  can hack, its like 2b2t
