Warden can't detect vibrations when player throws item

how to reproduce :
1. summon a warden

2. throw random item near the warden

 

expected result :
warden will come to the location where the item dropped

 

actual result :

the warden just stay quiet, unlike sculk sensor, it will actually detect the vibrations
