Minecraft Launcher Error

Hello dear Mojang team,
This morning I bought minecraft and wanted to download it. After downloading it, I opened the launcher and all of a sudden I got the error 0x803F8001. After trying to fix it, which didn't work, I downloaded the version for Windows 7 and 8 and then I had to log in. I then tried to log in, but that didn't work. I ask for help as soon as possible.
