Villagers using wrong workstations

What I expected to happen was...:

Villagers going to their own workstations after being zombified and cured.

What actually happened was...:
The villagers started legitimately trying to use other workstations and not like a jobless villager stealing someone's workstation I mean a cleric villager kept running to a stonecutter and had the green particle effects as if he assigned himself to it. This also happened with a butcher with a brewing stand.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Zombification of a villager then sending them to what I'm guessing is a "fresh" village with wide terrain.
 There weren't many steps all the other villagers did just fine. I have no idea what happened but this is pretty game breaking.
