Wool block / carpet items generate vibrations, unless thrown by crouching players

When you break wool blocks/carpets the item generates a vibration .

Steps to reproduce :

1. Place a wool block near a sensor
2. Break it
3. listen to the sensor

Observed behavior :

• The sculk sensor started clicking

Expected behavior :

• The sculk sensor does not click
