Minecraft launcher accounts and launcher not working

My Minecraft launcher wont work i cant login I click log in to Microsoft account and loads nonstop and crashes. when I launch the Minecraft launcher it give me an error cant access your Minecraft account please restart your launcher and I relaunch the launcher and the same error occurs every time and i cant fix it I reset the launcher and my pc and the app store and the error wont go away i tried to fix the launcher but the error occurs still.
