Sculk Sensors are not activated by certain utility blocks

Sculk Sensors are not activated when some utility blocks are used.

How to reproduce:
Place a Sculk Sensor near a Dispenser, Dropper, Enchanting Table or Brewing Stand, and use the block. The Sculk Sensor will not activate.

Observed behavior:
Some utility blocks do not activate sculk sensors.

Expected behavior:
All utility blocks activate Sculk Sensors.
