No shulkers or elytras in my singleplayer world

At this point in time i've been to three end cities, 2 with end ships 1 without. None of the end cities had a single shulker in them and the end ships have been missing the itemframe the elytra is supposed to be collected from. Aka no elytra or shulkers. I'm playing hardcore singleplayer on optifine 1.18.2
