Downloading game failed and keeps doing it

Hello, the past couple of days I've been trying to play the new pre-releases but I am not able to because of the following problem. The same thing happened on 22w18a and on the previous pre-releases.

I have Java 17 installed but it won't let me download the game for some reason :/
