Gear still making sounds when durability changes

Even after the devs said they fixed this bug in 1.19 Pre-release 2, it still continues to play the "Gear clanks" sound, i.e. "Iron Armor clanks" "Diamond Armor clangs" in 1.19 Pre-release 3.
