Issue re-downloading Windows 10 Minecraft 'error', does not allow download

Hello!

Hope you are all well, please forgive any mistakes in my writing I am not very computer literate.

I had to re-purchase and re-install Minecraft as old account I used is no longer accessible. Every time I launch the Minecraft Launcher and click install, the play button can not be pressed and this error comes up but does not tell me the issue. Would anyone know what this could mean?

Thanks in advance! Would be great to get onto the game again.
