Gear equips sound plays when giving any item to an armor stand with arms

Requires the armor stand to be summoned with ShowArms as to allow hand items to be given.

This sound should only play when the armor stand is given traditional equipment items (armor, elytra, carved pumpkin, heads/skulls, shield).
