Timed out error

Recently I bought Minecraft and ever since I did I cant play normally because of timed out errors.
Explanation: There are 2 ways I am getting the timed out errors.
1) I join a server and after a certain amount of time (usually 5 or 30min) everyting freezes and I get kicked with the timed out error (Server: Hypixel).
2) I join a server and instantly I am frozen and after some seconds I get kicked from the server with the same error (Servers: play.saicopvp.com, cosmicprisons.com).
This happens in versions 1.8.9-1.18.2
I have tried the following solutions:

• Change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4
• Allow minecraft through my firewall
• Unistall my antivirus (the free version of Avast)
• Change versions (From 1.18.2 to 1.15.2 to 1.8.9)
• Restarted my router
  Note: My friend can join and play normally on these servers.

I have contacted minecraft support and they told me to issue a bug here.
