Random Emoji on Command Block Causing world to corrupt or crashing

Summary:

I've input random emojies in the command blocks and set as "Always Active" and then I make the same again by adding chain command block, it is causing world become to corrupt and even crashes

Step to reproduce:

Warning: It will lose your world data! Backup before proceed of this!

1. Get a command block
2. First, put command block and set as "Repeat" and "Always Active" and input in here
3. Then, put the command block again and set as "Chain" and "Always Active" and the input is same again.
4. In the step 3, you can repeat of this by putting again of the command block
5. Wait for few seconds, save your world
6. Open the world for again

Observed Results:

Your world starts to corrupt and crashes by randomly after reopen this world. Sometimes world will reset, chunk corruption, chunk rollback, and even crashes!

Expected Results:

It should be not respond this command and given a error message, when random emojis are inputted.
