sculk does not spread under non-full blocks .

When the sculk spreads it will not go under non-full blocks .

Steps to reproduce :

1. place a sculk catalyst .
2. place some non-full blocks .
3. place a repeating command block under the sculk catalyst with the following command :

   / summon creeper ~ ~50 ~

Observed Behavior :

• Sculk did not generate under the non-full blocks .

Expected behavior :

• Sculk generates under non-full blocks
