Downgrading from 1.19 pre-1 to 1.18.2 causes world generation glitches.

Description

Downgrading a world from 1.1o Pre-1 to 1.18.2 makes these tall borders that occur do to world generation glitches? this border is in the place between the loaded and unloaded chunks.

 

Expected Result: The world generation is smooth and it doesn't create borders.

 

Observed Result: There is a huge wall that separates the loaded and unloaded chunks.
