Spectating the warden does not make you blind

The warden is a blind creature, so clicking on it in spectator mode should make you unable to see, since with spiders, creepers, and enderman it is established that spectator players see out of the eyes of the mob they are spectating. 

Steps to reproduce:
Spawn a warden
Go into spectator
Click on the warden
Notice that you can observe the world, and are not blind
