Lost Java when migrating accounts

I got an email when I migrated that told me that I no longer have access to my Mojang account and it had been deleted. When I migrated to my Microsoft account I was expecting to keep my Java account. But in the launcher when I sign in it does not provide the java option and only the demo. I have read all the suggested articles and none of them were very helpful to my situation, unfortunately. Is there anything I can do to help get my account back? I was told to come here by Minecraft support.

My java account was working fine until I changed devices from my PC to a laptop. It kept the bedrock version on the launcher but not java.

Please let me know if I need to add additional information to help fix my situation.
