Gear equip sound plays when mobs spawn in with weapons or armor

I had found out that any time a mob spawns in with weapons or armor, like a skeleton or zombified piglin, they play the "Gear Equips" sound. It also happens if they are summoned in with spawn eggs like the zombified piglin I had in the screenshot below.
