audio issue

So I've never had this issue before, but for some reason now whenever I play Minecraft this weird buzzing noise starts playing(this happens with/without headphones) and I don't know why its been happening. I try to turn the ingame sounds off but it still plays. So I usually end up turning my sound off my whole computer. I don't know why it's happening and hopefully I can get an easy fix.
