Golden Apple Absorption Effect doesn't restore extra hearts every 30 seconds of the effect

As of 1.6.2, the absorption effect you get from golden apples is no longer renewed every 30 seconds, like it does in 1.6.1 and previous development versions. I've tested this with both regular golden apples and enchanted golden apples.
