On Hipixel, traveling Zoo pet purchase but then it disappeared along with my chat and hot bar

During thetraveling Zoo pet purchase but then it disappeared along with my chat, along with the status section, pet and hot bar, i have tried many steps to trouble shoot this but to no luck.

What I expected to happen was...:
What i expected to happen was i purchase the pet from the zoo event and activate it but it did not happen.

What actually happened was...:
I purchased the pet and then my hot bar, status section that tells me general info and chat disappeared along with the pet.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. have stuff to purchase pet
2. purchase pet
3. Exit out of the zoo event guy's store
