Gear equipping sounds and subtitles are played when CanPickUpLoot mobs pick up items

Closely relates to MC-251924 and MC-251925.

The bug

When a mob with CanPickUpLoot (

/summon minecraft:zombie ~ ~ {CanPickUpLoot:true}

for example) picks up any item, the sound associated with "Gear equips" is played. This sound should only be played when actual equipment is picked up and equipped.
