Mounted horses and the player mounting the horse are not immune to fall damage even if the horse has slow falling

Horses that are mounted (with slow falling active) will still take fall damage and die, even though they fall slower.
How to reproduce:
Tame a horse
Effect it with slow falling
Glide off a high place
See you and the horse take fall damage
