Frogs legs move quickly when pushed into a corner

What I expected to happen was...:
Nothing?

What actually happened was...:
The frog turned into a Formula One car, and appeared to be under the Cruciatus curse from Harry Potter. Ok, it just went fast.

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Go into a 1x1 box with a height of 2 blocks.
2. Walk against the frog for a few seconds.
3. The frog will go fast!

 

Not sure if this an intended feature or not, sorry for wasting your time if it is intended.
