Fall Damage sound plays when falling on Powder Snow in Creative mode

When in Creative mode, landing on Powder Snow from a height of at least 5 blocks causes the fall damage sound to be played. This is incorrect, as fall damage sounds should not be played when falling on any block in Creative mode.
