on creative, breaking a block and then very quickly placing another block in its place will cause a keyboard malfunction

Steps to reproduce:

• Break a block and quickly place another in the exact space it took up

This will cause you to break targeted blocks automatically and you'll have no control over it, this can be stopped by pressing/clicking something
