Villagers no longer link to a working station

What I expected to happen was...:
Villagers to restock their items and resume their jobs

What actually happened was...:
Villagers whose trades have been locked no longer link to a new workstation after their original one has been broken. 

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Get a villager
2. Lock in its trades
3. Get an item of your choice 'out of stock'

4. Break the workstation

5. Replace the workstation

6. Villager now no longer connects to the workstation and thus wont restock
