Villagers w/ Locked Job Won't Claim New Work Station

Villagers with un-locked jobs claim stations fine but once their job is locked, if their workstation is destroyed they don't seem to be claiming a new one when one is available.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place Workstation
2. Wait for unemployed villager to claim it
3. Trade with villager to lock profession
4. Destroy work-station
5. Replace work-station
6. Villager never reclaims a work-station

Survival mode, regular difficulty.
