The biome "minecraft:the_void" cannot be created normally in 22w18a

The biome the_void cannot be normally created in this version(also 1.18.2) by "single biome"(Chinese Simplified单一生物群系, I don't really know it's English name). It should be image 1(the one that the world is filled with stone) and not image 2.
