stuck in portal

I'm currently playing in the JAVA EDITION for my windows PC. My character became stuck in another players portal. I can not enter or leave the entrance of the portal. instantly, I am given a color code captcha that disappears just as quick and says I failed the captcha before i have a chance to select a color. Also, I can not access the text log at all. After many disconnects from the server to refresh my login, I now get this msg. : server crash. exit code-1073741819, please help me fix this issue.
