Others are unable to see my texts and responds

It’s almost like I’m shadowbanned. Nothing I type is being seen. It show shows up in chat hut no one else can see it. Commands still work. I tried contacting support. But neither the server nor the Minecraft support line can find any issues. They say it might be a bug. I need help.
