Y rotation from F3+C copy location is not bounded to -180..180

Steps to Reproduce

• Launch a world with cheats
• Spin a bunch of full circles by moving the mouse right
• Press F3+C to copy the location

Observe that the Y rotation component is much larger than the actual bound of -180..180 as found in the F3 screen.
