Summoned Screaming Goats do not have horns

The Bug:

When a goat is summoned with the /summon command, it will have horns.
When summoning a screaming goat however, after the introduction of Goat Horns, summoned Screaming Goats do not have horns by default.

How to Reproduce:

1. Summon a goat, note how it has horns by default
2. Summon a screaming goat, it will not have horns by default
