Everything is gone??

My username in minecraft went from dessyrain to dessyrain with numbers. It shows that I don't own any Minecraft even tho I just bought Bedrock a few weeks ago (and was charged even though I already own Java and so it should have been free....)

 

I can still play on the switch. Just nothing else.
