Sculk Sensor doesn't detect composter changes

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Place a sculk sensor on the ground;
2. Place a composter nearby;
3. Fill it up/collect the bonemeal.

Observed Results:
The sculk sensor doesn't detect any changes.

Expected Results:
The composter produces vibrations when being interacted with.
