/tp command field has two of each @ selector

I was typing "/tp @e[type=allay] @s]" but I noticed that there were 2 "@a", "@e", "@p", "@r", and "@s".

Steps to duplicate:

1: create a world with cheats on in 22w18a

2: type "/tp " into the chat
