Auto Placing Blocks

When playing, if I use CTRL + Left Click using an apple trackpad, regularly it will continuously place blocks on it's own. If I am placing a block, it will continue placing them even if my hands are off of the keyboard and trackpad at the location of the curser and won't stop. To temporarily fix the issue, i have to press ESC and then click back to game. Within 2 minutes however it will do the same thing again. It both places and removes blocks on its own.
