My friend can not join to my realm without buying Minecraft Realms

I have created a realm, and my friends are trying to join it, but when they are in the minecraft hub/lobby and clicking on "Minecraft Realms" there are just 2 buttons saying "Buy a Realm" or "get a free trial".
