Certain game aspects bug out when viewed

Description

When certain aspects of Minecraft are viewed (items, chat bar), they start flashing random colors, and often cause a crash. This makes Multiplayer gameplay extremely hard.

Reproduction

• Go into any game session where you have access to /advancement
• Run /advancement give [username] everything
• Open the chat again

(Note: This is probably a Mesa bug, as it didn't happen recently but now it is despite not updating Minecraft, but might as well hope for a bugfix, no?)
