When breaking blocks, drops appear to bug through walls and ceiling.

When i break a block when most of the times a cave is somewhere above it the drop doesnt appear. When i go into spectate mode it is bugged into the wall and searching for a place to exit.

I dont know if it has anything to do with it but I tped myself far away from spawn. Spawn doesnt have this behaviour. Coord: 254397 -26275501
