Warden sonic boom damage is not controlled by the weakness or strength effect.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Summon the warden.
2. Use the following command:

   /effect give @e[type=minecraft:warden,distance=..3] minecraft:strength 999999 3

3. Found that the Warden sonic boom damage is still 10.
