Process crashed with exit code -1073741819

when i try to load the latest snapshot, it crashes with "Process crashed with exit code -1073741819", it doesnt even get to opening the actual game, it just crashes. it doesnt do it on the released version, just the snapshots. my graphics driver and java are both updated, and i do not know whats causing it.
