Chat and other forms of text not working between all members of my realm

As of 28th April 2022 the regular chat system between players has been dysfunctional, unlike similar issues there does not seem to be a delay. The chat messages are not being seen between other players at all. in addition, some players are experiencing blank signs to varying degrees. I know this is not an issue within the settings as all members started witnessing this at about the same time.
