Goats always drop horn Seek when ramming into a block

When a goat wants to ram into you but ram into a block (like a log or stone) it always drop the Seek horn

You can try it by modify the nbt of the goat to this with the /data command {Brain: {memories: {"minecraft:ram_cooldown_ticks": {value: 10}}}}

And dodge the goats to make it ramming into a block, you will get the Seek horn
