Goat Horn Not Working - (Playing Sounds)

Hello I am a Player OF Mc java Who is cuttently having a problem in Tlauncher.
In this latest snapshot for 1.19 22w17a i tried to play the goat horns, but each of them seems to have a problem that its not playing any goat horn sounds.
