Allays can't be hit when holding an item

So i've made a few bug reports already so i decided to find more and of course I found one. So i was hitting an Allay and it didn't have an item in its hand at the time and it worked how you would expect but right when i gave it an item it became completely invincible to my hits and could only die from /kill.
