Mangrove Propagules break Bedrock Blocks

Apparently, after watching a youtuber's video on it, propagule trees seem to have a chance of breaking bedrock blocks. Link to PheonixSC's video about this glitch: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=FhNQRroNSzE
So yeah, this needs to be fixed!

Note: this was seen in a video, so I haven't tested it myself in a minecraft snapshot, and as such, the environment is left blank. I can confirm it to be in Java Edition, though, as the hotbar shows 4 oak saplings in it whilst the glitch gets executed.
