Sculk blocks dont drop xp when blown up, unless the player is involved

what happens: the tittle is self explaining.

1) Place sculk blocks (or generate them using the catalyst)
2) Explode it using tnt triggered by a button
3) Nottice the lack of xp when the sculk blocks where blown up

The expected behavior is for the sculk blocks to drop Xp
