allay ticking entity

my allay (name tag : roberto ) is stuck in a brewing stand and is now considered as a ticking entity that makes my game crash every time i load the world.

What I expected to happen was...:that i could open my lan and use a kill command ( not cheating) because its a hardcore world and i actually dont like to cheat.

What actually happened was...:i didnt had time to type his name and my game crashes
